ABOUT REVEADO

All consultations are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.

CONSULTATION BOOKINGS

Consultations are provided by appointment. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PAYMENTS

Payments may be accepted using one or more electronic payment methods, bank transfers, or digital asset transfers, as made available by Reveado from time to time. Clients are responsible for any applicable payment processing, banking, currency conversion, or blockchain network fees.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, or missed appointments, are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, independently evaluate important decisions and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

Reveado makes no guarantees regarding personal, financial, professional, relationship or other outcomes resulting from consultations or the implementation of any suggestions discussed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the website, branding, educational materials, documents, graphics and other content belong to Reveado or its licensors. RECORDING POLICY

To protect Reveado's proprietary training materials and intellectual property, audio recording, video recording, screen recording, photography, transcription, or reproduction of any part of a consultation or training session is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Reveado. Any unauthorized recording or distribution of training content may result in the immediate termination of the session without refund and may lead to legal action where permitted by applicable law.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or expressly authorized by the client.

DISCLAIMER

All information and services provided by Reveado are offered solely for educational and informational purposes. Nothing discussed during consultations or published on this website constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or psychological advice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reveado shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the website or services. Any liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
