This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all advisory services and consultations booked through the Reveado website.

By booking a consultation, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Requests received at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, are generally non-refundable.

If We Need to Cancel

If Reveado is unable to provide the scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or blockchain network.

Payments in Digital Assets

Where payments are made using cryptocurrencies or other digital assets, refunds may be issued in the same digital asset or another mutually agreed payment method, subject to applicable circumstances and technical feasibility.

Digital Services

Reveado provides digital advisory services through scheduled online consultations. As no physical goods are supplied, this policy applies exclusively to advisory services delivered by Reveado.
